Excavation Commences for 40-Story Tower in Downtown Brooklyn
has started excavation work on a 40-story, mixed-use tower project, located at 111 Willoughby Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Developed by The Michaels Organization, Geolo Capital, and Triangle Equities, it's set to contain rental apartments, including 69 affordable units. Tenant amenities include a rooftop lounge, a fitness center, and a concierge service. Plans also call for a 20,000-square-foot ministry center for the St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church and square feet of commercial retail space.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. A couple of 2-story residential structures were demolished in order to make way for the new development.
