Construction Underway at Self-Storage Facility in East Tampa
The land has been cleared and construction has begun at Busch Self Storage in East Tampa. The facility will offer 762 total storage units in various sizes. The three-story, 102,700 square foot building will be constructed on a 1.77-acre site in East Tampa. The location is convenient to residential neighborhoods as well as retail and industrial venues. There are existing buildings on the site which will be demolished prior to the start of construction.
