Tampa Industrial Center Acquired for $94.51 Million

 

 

New York-based Blackstone has acquired Tampa Commerce Center for $94.51 million according to Hillsborough County records. The multi-phased project was sold by Hines. Construction is complete on Phase 1 at Tampa Commerce Center,  the industrial park in east Tampa with easy access to I-75 and I-4.  When complete, the park will include four state-of-the-art industrial buildings with over 600,000 square feet of space.  Phase one involves two buildings, 100 and 400, constructed simultaneously totaling over 400,000 square feet.  Building 100 is 150,000 square feet with rear loading and 32-foot clearance.  Building 400 is 250,000 square feet with cross-dock loading and 36-foot clearance.
