Plans Submitted for 46-Story Multifamily Development in Fort Lauderdale
The Fort Lauderdale Development Commission is reviewing plans for 46-story multifamily development proposed at 100 Northwest 7th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The development will include 288 apartment units, 2,032 square feet of retail space and 290 parking spaces. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units will range in size from 506 to 1,344 square feet. A 10th floor amenity deck will include a pool area and a rooftop observation deck will offer views of the skyline. The development is located close to the Brightline Fort Lauderdale Station.
