Apartments will range from studios to three-bedrooms. Resident amenities will include an outdoor landscaped rooftop deck with a southern exposure, common space and bicycle storage. Associated public realm improvements will also be made to the adjacent Church Street public plaza.
The 212 Stuart Street development team has finalized a lease for up to 50 parking spaces in the adjacent 200 Stuart Street parking garage; vehicle parking will not be located on-site.
212 Stuart Street will be located in the heart of Downtown Boston a short walk to Copley Square, the Financial District, and Downtown Crossing. The MBTA Green Line is located steps away.
