About 101-105 Washington Street

New residential building and religious facilities approved for construction on the site of an existing Brighton synagogue and ritual bath.

Both existing buildings will be razed, and three new buildings will be constructed including a new residential building containing 70 rental units as well as a new synagogue and ritual bath. The residential building will rise seven stories and will contain 1 and 2-bedroom units; nine units will be designated affordable. Resident amenities will include a roof deck and a rooftop lounge.

Both the synagogue and ritual bath buildings will be two stories tall. An underground parking garage on site will house 70 parking spaces as well as bicycle racks.
