41-Story Tower Project Tops Out in Greenpoint
Concrete subcontractor, Glenco Contracting, has officially topped out the superstructure at 16 Dupont Street; a 41-story residential tower, going up in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Jointly developed by Park Tower Group and The Rockefeller Group, the tower is set to contain apartment units. Plans also call for square feet of commercial space (likely ground floor retail), and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by Gerner, Kronick + Valcarcel Architects, 16 Dupont Street stands feet tall and totals square feet.
The project site spans square feet and sits just across the street from the recently completed, dual-tower development, known as Eagle + West. General contractor, Monadnock Construction, is leading the construction efforts and work is estimated to finish by the spring of 2025.
