465 Unit Rental Building Ascends in Downtown Brooklyn
General contractor, , has started to form the bottom floors of the concrete superstructure for a 33-story, residential development, going up at 71 Prince Street (aka 202 Tillary Street) in Downtown Brooklyn.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments. Approximately 25% of these units will be dedicated to affordable housing. Plans also call for square feet of retail space and an enclosed parking garage.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by March of 2025.
