Building permits have just been filed for a 12-story, commercial development, at 24 Bruckner Boulevard in the Port Morris neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building will contain 144,286 square feet of unspecified commercial space. Plans also call for a cellar level, a bicycle storage area, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 1-story commercial building, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
