$48M Construction Loan Secured for Ashland Development
Baystone Development has secured $48,321,700 in construction financing through Needham Bank for the mixed-use project coming to 90-100 Chestnut Street in Ashland. Plans call for 174 apartment homes and approximately 10,500 square feet of retail space. Units will be a mix of 1 & 2 beds with the property also offering a fitness center, yoga room, game room, flexible work spaces a community dog park, pet spa, outdoor lounge areas, swimming pool, fire pits, and grill areas. Roy S. MacDowell III of Baystone Development tells BLDUP construction is underway and the first units will be coming online in early 2025.
