$4M Interior Fitout Begins at Boston Medical Campus Following IMP Approval
has kicked off interior renovations of the Collamore and Old Evans buildings at the BU Medical Center with a construction permit valued at $4,730,435. Part of the approved IMP for the hospital complex, plans call for interior renovations as well as the addition of 30 in-hospital residential units, more than 100,000 SF of life science research floorspace, and the addition of an 11-story tower.
