5-Story Residential Project Rises in LIC
The concrete superstructure of a 5-story, residential building, is quickly rising at 5-22 49th Avenue in Long Island City, Queens.
Developed for Oren & Ivy LLC, and designed by , the development is set to contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a rear yard, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
The structure will stand feet tall and total square feet when ultimately completed. is serving as the general contractor for the project. Work is expected to wrap up towards the end of the year.
