$53M in Construction Financing Secured for Bethesda Self-Storage
Talonvest Capital has secured a $53,000,000 construction loan on behalf of 1784 Holdings LLC, for the development of a 200,000 square foot self-storage facility in Bethesda. The project is set to include over 1,700 climate-controlled storage units. Work began in the summer of 2022 and is estimated to be complete in Q4 of 2025.
