5K SF Expanded Site Plan Approved for Reactory Development in Worcester
An amended site plan proposing a 5,000 SF increase for the WuXi Biologics facility in Worcester has been approved for development. The original 2-story development has been approved to increase to 4 stories. Part of The Reactory, plans calls for 112,000 SF of life science development tenanted by WuXi Biologics.
The Reactory campus is a master-planned park featuring two under-construction life science laboratories featuring 475,000 SF of biomanufacturing space.
