6-Story Mixed-Use Project Tops Out in Wakefield
Concrete subcontractor, JNR Flooring, has just topped out the superstructure of a 6-story, mixed-use development, going up at 4750 White Plains Road in the Wakefield neighborhood of the Bronx.
Developed by , and designed by , the new, square foot building, will contain apartments, consisting of both market-rate and affordable housing units. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a roof terrace, and a rear patio, complete with seating areas and a veranda.
In addition to residential space, the ground floor of the structure will feature a new house of worship for the Wakefield Grace United Methodist Church.
is serving as the general contractor for the project. It's not yet clear how long the build will take, but a completion date before the end of the year seems likely.
