66 Galen Approved by Watertown Planning Board, Moves onto Zoning Board Vote
The Watertown Planning Board gave unanimous approval for a proposed life science building on Galen Street in Watertown. Boston Development Group is planning a 5-story, 199,540 SF lab/R&D development with 277 lower level parking spaces. The developers received the required zoning changes for the site and the project will go before the zoning board for final approval.
The site is highly visible and located in Watertown Square with MBTA bus service to downtown Boston, Central Square, Harvard Square Cambridge, Allston-Brighton, and downtown Waltham.
