$6M Construction Loan Secured for Avon Industrial Asset
A North Andover-based property developer secured a construction loan from HarborOne Bank worth $6,330,249 for 40 Strafello Drive in Avon. A 100,000 square foot industrial property was originally constructed in 1981 and sits on a 6.23-acre site, the building is currently undergoing extensive renovations including a complete reskin of the exterior, expansion of loading docks, updating lighting packages, and re-paved parking lot.
