Avon Industrial Property Acquired for $5.6M

Avon Realty LJS LLC has sold the industrial property at 40 Strafello Drive in Avon to VMD Companies for $5.6M. The roughly 100,000 square foot industrial property was originally constructed in 1981 and sits on a 6.23-acre site. The building is currently undergoing extensive renovations including a complete reskin of the exterior, expansion of loading docks, updating lighting packages, and re-paved parking lot.
