$7.5M Electrical Permit Pulled for Arlington Mixed-Use Project
A permit valued at nearly $7.5M has been pulled for the electrical service install to the upcoming mixed-use project along N. Glebe Road in Arlington. A permit has also been pulled to install the underground fire main for the buildings. The development will include two, 9-story buildings and one 7-story building featuring 732 apartments, 77,575 square feet of retail space including space for a new grocery store, and 942 parking spaces.
