A pre-Application Area Meeting was held last night for 2 Research Place. This meeting was held to discuss and gather feedback on a project proposal to construct a seven-story life science building with up to 225,000 square feet of office and lab space and a six-story parking garage.
The property's owner, nor elevations were immediately available. The property last changed hands in 2008 for $8,200,000 to an LLC in the addresses name.
