7-Story Mixed-Use Tops out in Clinton Hill
Developer and general contractor, Citi Builders NY, has topped out a 7-story mixed-use project, at 450 Grand Avenue in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill neighborhood. The building is set to contain high-end condo units and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Designed by Issac & Stern Architects, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by August 2023.
