734 Dudley Street, 20 apartment residences with ground-floor retail, approved in Dorchester
734 Dudley Street, a new mixed-use development located in Dorchester featuring 20 apartment residences and 3,032 square feet of ground-floor retail, was approved at last night (June 15th, 2017)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. Three residences at 734 Dudley Street will be designated affordable. Construction of the building is anticipated to commence by Fall 2017, with expected completion in Spring 2018. 734 Dudley Street will require additional approval by the City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in order to proceed with construction.
