853 Foot Tall Residential Tower in Miami Granted Approval by FAA
Developers have recently been given approval by the Federal Aviation Administration to build their planned residential tower called, 75 Broadway. The tower is allowed to rise 853 feet above ground, or 874 feet above sea level.
The 5,265 square foot lot was acquired by the developer in 2018 for $4.2 million.
Construction is expected to start in July 2023 and finish by October 2026.
