9-Story Mixed-Use Project Planned in South Boston
A Letter of Intent has been filed for the redevelopment of 49-51 D Street in South Boston. Plans call for a 9-story project to include up to 75 residential units along with 1,200 square feet of commercial space and 20 garage parking spaces. The new building would replace a 2 story industrial property & surface parking lot. The developer acquired the site in August 2022 for $7,480,000.
