9-Story Rental Project Tops Out in Crown Heights
General contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a 9-story, residential building, going up at 953 Dean Street in Brooklyn's Crown Heights neighborhood. Developed by , it will contain rental apartments and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to wrap up by the summer of 2025.
