Developer Obtains $140M Loan for Flatbush Multifamily Project
Developer, , recently secured a $140 million loan for a 7-story, residential building, set for 2366 Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn's Flatbush neighborhood. Issued by Slate Property Group, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.
Coming as part of Clipper's multi-building, "Bedford Square" development, it will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space (likely ground-floor retail). Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , and to be constructed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.
The project site spans square feet and is sandwiched between Bedford Avenue and East 22nd Street. The property is currently used as a parking lot and no demolition will be required.
