900 Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned for Capital Riverfront Site
Felice Development is planning a 900 unit mixed-use project at 1333 M Street adjacent to Maritime Plaza in DC's Capitol Riverfront. The development would include 3 interconnected buildings to feature over 45,000 square feet of retail space along with the residential units. Building 1A (located on the western portion of the site) would contain 294 residential units and 9,500 sq. ft. of retail and Building 1B will offer 529 residential units and 34,700 sq. ft. of retail uses. Building 2 (located on the eastern portion of the site) will contain 77 residential units above 1,200 sq. ft. of retail space.
