90Ninety Officially Tops Out in Jamaica

General contractor, , recently announced the topping out of a sizable, 12-story, mixed-use development, going up at 90-02 168th Street in Jamaica, Queens. Utilizing the expertise of concrete subcontractor, RNC Industries, the build team has now completed all formwork for both of the two L-shaped sections, which are connected at the base by a single-story podium.

Honoring all of the hard work that led up to this significant project milestone, the team decided to celebrate by throwing a good old-fashioned top-out party!

Known as "90Ninety", the structure is being developed by  and is set to contain  rental apartments, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. While most of these will be sold at market rate, approximately units are to be set aside for affordable housing programs.

The building will have several tenant amenities including a fitness center, a large rooftop deck, a central outdoor courtyard, co-working areas, residential lounges, a basketball court, a children’s playroom, green spaces, and dedicated pet facilities.

In addition to residential space, the structure will offer square feet of retail space on the ground floor, as well as 5,048 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.

Designed by , 90Ninety stands feet tall and totals square feet. Replacing a 2.3-acre parking lot, it will sit directly across the street from the NYPD's 103rd Precinct.

Construction is expected to fully wrap up by the fall of 2025.  also mentions that the team has implemented co-generation power as well as grey-and-black-water recycling solutions throughout the project site.
