Construction Wrapping Up at Archer Towers
With the exception of the ground floor, general contractor, Skycore Builders, has wrapped up facade installation on the 24-story, Archer Towers project in Jamaica, Queens. The contractor shared drone footage of the nearly completed building this week on their social media pages.
Developed by BRP Companies and designed by Studio V, the tower is set to contain apartments, including 181 affordable housing units. It will also boast 20,000 square feet of tenant amenities.
In addition to residential space, Archer towers will have square feet of retail and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles. The development totals over 540,000 square feet, and construction is expected to finish sometime this year.
