93 Unit Affordable Project Planned Along Duke St. in Alexandria
Community Housing Partners has submitted a Development Concept Plan for development at 2712 Duke Street in Alexandria. Plans call for a 5-story affordable multifamily building to replace the auto dealership on the site. The project would include 93 units, a mix of 2 & 3 bedrooms with 68 parking spaces.
