Alexandria Approves Predevelopment Loans for 2 Affordable Housing Projects
The City of Alexandria has approved predevelopment loans for 2 affordable housing pipeline projects. Community Housing Partners will receive $400,000 for the 2712 Duke Street project & Community Lodgings, Inc. will also get $400,000 for their Elbert Avenue residences. The Duke Street development will include 94 rental units while Elbert will create 91 affordable residences.
