Exterior Finishing Underway at 100 A Street
Exterior finishing of the building is currently underway at 100 A Street in South Boston. Upon completion, the building will have nine luxurious condominium residences and one 536-square-foot ground-floor retail space. Residences will include 8 two-bedrooms ranging from 1,701 to 1,803 square feet and 1 3,585-square-foot four-bedroom.
Amenities will include a communal roof deck and elevator access to all units. Retail is tentatively designated for a coffee shop or snack bar. An at-grade enclosed parking garage will have the capacity for ten cars.
