Structural framing underway at 100 A Street new-construction condominiums in South Boston
Construction of 100 A Street’s concrete base, which will contain a 536-square-foot retail space and a 10-car parking garage, is complete, and framing of the six-story building’s upper five floors with wood is now underway. 100 A Street’s second floor has been largely framed, and additional floors will be framed in the coming weeks. 100 A Street will feature nine condominium residences, including 8 two-bedrooms ranging from 1,701 to 1,803 square feet and 1 3,585-square-foot four-bedroom. Sales of 100 A Street residences will begin in the coming months. The following are photographs of 100 A Street:
