A.W. Perry sees uptick in interest in its Downtown Boston Portfolio with law practices and professional service firms
A.W. Perry, a relationship-driven real estate investment and services firm with offices in Boston and Hingham, MA, has today announced a new lease at 77 Franklin Street in the heart of downtown Boston. Peck Trial Attorneys has leased 3,516 SF on the 4th floor at 77 Franklin Street. Brian Smallman from Lincoln Property Company represented the tenant in this transaction, and Jon Gifford and Jake Golden of Perry CRE represented A.W. Perry.
