Additional Renderings Release for 13-Story Tower Near Dave Thomas Square
Douglas Development has present additional renderings of the planned 13-story mixed-use tower planned near Dave Thomas Circle. The 13-story tower would include 557 residential units along with 10,550 square feet of ground-floor retail and a roughly 5,600 square foot rooftop restaurant/bar. Plans also call for a 264 space below-grade garage.
