Additional Units Proposed for Brightwood Multifamily
Plans are under review to add additional units to the multifamily property at 5924 9th Street NW. The property currently features 27 units. The proposed project consists of adding five units in the existing basement/cellar level of the building for a total of 32 units. The project does not materially alter the exterior envelope and maintains the existing FAR, lot occupancy, height, and setbacks.
