Advance Auto Parts Tower 85% Leased Ahead of Fall Opening
Construction is well underway for the upcoming 20-story Class A office tower in North Hills neighborhood of Raleigh with 85% of the 328,600 square feet of office space now pre-leased. The largest tenant will be Advance Auto Parts, who have committed to 218,000 square feet. The retailer expects the modern office space will help attract top tech talent as they grow their e-commerce business. Kane Realty Partners, the property developer, set out to create a best-in-class work environment featuring numerous amenities including concierge service and outdoor terrace space. The project also features View Smart Windows, enhancing the large floorplates with abundant natural light, key to employee wellness. The Advance Auto Parts Tower will open in fall 2020.
