Advisors Living Sells Out Stratus Residences in Brighton

Advisors Living, the residential real estate sales platform associated with Boston Realty Advisors, the largest Boston-based independent commercial real estate and consulting firm, has sold all 111 luxury living units in Stratus Residences, on the inviting 12-acre campus in Brighton.

Minutes from the universities and health institutions of Brookline, Cambridge and Boston and with immediate access to the MBTA's Green Line, Stratus Residences -- featuring studios to three-bedroom units -- sold from $499,000 to $1.75 million. The final unit closed yesterday.

"From start to finish the building sellout took 23 months, selling between four and five units a month on average, which is a great pace.” 

The average price per square foot for the new homes was more than $1,030, with aggregate sales of about $80 million. Sales of Stratus Residences, a creation of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes and Tremont Asset Management, LLC, began in Summer 2021.

Stratus attracted first-time home buyers, young professionals, empty nesters and investors. The residences have easy access to public transportation, shopping and nearby educational institutions, as well as St. Elizabeth's Medical Center and other hospitals.

Stratus Residences are one of the first living opportunities in Brighton in a taller building, with scenic views, and featuring such a large range of amenities.
