Affordable Housing Community, Madison Palms Gains Approval For Jacksonville
Jacksonville City Officials have given the approval to build a 240 affordable housing unit development at 8300 Merrill Road. Madison Palms will consist of eight three-story buildings, centered around a pond on a 12.16 acre lot. Amenities are to include a children’s playground, swimming pool, clubhouse, and dog park. Developers plan for construction to take 12-18 months before finishing and hope to start by Fall 2023.
