Affordable Housing Community Planned in Jacksonville, FL
Developers have announced plans to build a new affordable housing community for ages 55+ on a 7.5 acre vacant lot located at 1232 Lane Avenue South. The community will offer 90 affordable units with studio, one bed-room and two-bedroom options. The development will also offer amenities such as a fitness center, movie theater, and common area. Construction could start as early as spring 2023 but has not been confirmed.
