Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 69 Adams Street
NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 70 units within a 26-story residential tower, going up at 69 Adams Street, right next to the Manhattan Bridge, in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood. Eligible applicants must earn between $105,223 and $198,250 annually, or sit at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until August 19, 2024.
Developed by , the building is set to contain apartment units altogether, ranging in size from studio to two-bedroom configurations.
Plans also call for an unspecified amount of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
