Superstructure Rises at 325 Bond Street
General contractor, , is currently constructing the foundation of a 9-story, residential development, going up at 325 Bond Street in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood.
Developed by , the building is set to contain apartment units. Plans also call for square feet of commercial space (likely retail), and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , 325 Bond Street will stand feet tall and total square feet.
The project is being built in conjunction with 395 Carroll Street; a 23-story, dual-tower residential building, going up across the street. Both buildings will sit on the banks of the Gowanus Canal. Work is expected to wrap up by the fall of 2025.
