Superstructure Rises at 395 Carroll Street
General contractor, , is currently constructing the foundation of a 23-story, dual tower development, going up at 395 Carroll Street in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood.
Developed by , the building is set to contain apartment units. Plans also call for square feet of commercial space (likely retail), and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , 395 Carroll Street will stand feet tall and total square feet.
The project is being built in conjunction with 325 Bond Street; a 9-story residential building, going up across the street. Both buildings will sit on the banks of the Gowanus Canal. Work is expected to wrap up by the fall of 2025.
