Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 81-07 Kew Gardens Road
NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 16 units within an 8-story, mixed-use development, going up at 81-07 Kew Gardens Road in Kew Gardens, Queens. Eligible applicants must earn between $107,658 and $198,250 annually, or sit at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until January 5, 2024.
Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments in total. Many units will have small balconies, which are prominently displayed on the front and back of the structure. In addition to residential units, the structure will offer square feet of ground floor retail space.
