Renderings Released for Kew Gardens Mixed-Use Development
Renderings have been revealed for a new 8-story mixed-use development at 81-07 Kew Gardens Road in Kew Gardens, Queens. Developed by, , the building will have square feet of residential space consisting of rental units.
The building will total around square feet. In addition to rental apartments, there will be retail space on the ground floor. The design is of boxy proportions but will incorporate a sleek facade, utilizing floor-to-ceiling window glass and dark metal cladding materials. Many units will have small balconies, which are prominently displayed on the front and back of the structure. The property is developer-owned and will be built as-of-right, but it's not yet known when construction will commence.
