Allston Mixed-Use Project Secures $12.5 Million in Financing
Legend Development group has secured $12.5 million in financing for the upcoming development at 392-398 Cambridge Street in Allston via Hingham Savings Bank.
The mixed-use development project approved for construction in Boston's Allston neighborhood. The building's four upper floors will consist of 32 residential units; four will be one-bedroom units, and 28 will be two-bedroom units. On the ground floor will be retail space totaling approximately 5,100 square feet.
