Anacostia Multifamily Acquired for $56M
WC Smith has sold The Washington View Apartments to National Housing Trust for $55,597,500 with financing for the deal coming through JPMorgan Chase & Amazon's Housing Equity Fund. The 350+ multifamily, constructed in the 1960s, offers beautifully landscaped grounds with a pool and playground. The Amazon funding requires half of the units to be designated affordable at 50% of median family income with the rest between 60% and 80% of the median family income.
