Application for Staten Island Mixed-Use Advances to Next Step
An application for a development at 252 Victory Boulevard in Tompkinsville, Staten Island, has now entered the next step of the public review process. Back in July, it was reviewed by the City Planning Commission. Just recently on September 1st, the CPC voted in approval of the project. The application has now been sent to the City Council, which has 50 days to hold a hearing and vote on it. This application seeks a zoning map amendment and Special Hillsides Preservation District authorizations to facilitate the development of a 5-story mixed-use building. The structure would be developed by Victory Boulevard Realty LLC, and contain over 60,000 square feet. This would encompass 46 residential units, and a basement-level parking garage.
