Arlington Church to Become Senior Living
The Arlington United Methodist Church, a roughly 20,000 sq. ft. structure in Arlington, has been sold to Sunrise Senior Living.
While not yet listed as the owner of the property, the McLean-based senior living provider acquired the property for an undisclosed amount.
The assessed value of the building in 2022 was $5 million. The real estate broker who facilitated the deal, Paul Mandell, said that he believed Sunrise planned to demolish the building to build a senior living facility.
