Arya Apartments Developers Take Out $87.5 Million Construction Loan
Stock Development, the developers of Arya St Petersburg have taken out an $87.5 million loan obtained from CIBC Bank USA according to Pinellas County Records. Construction is underway at Arya, a new luxury apartment community located at the northeast corner of 4th Street North and 54th Avenue in St Petersburg. The community will offer 415 apartments. Of the 415 apartments, 125 will be income-restricted workforce housing. In addition to Arya’s outstanding location between downtown St. Pete and Pinellas’ Gateway, Arya will feature the exceptional amenities that are the hallmark of Stock Luxury Apartment Living, including a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, well-equipped 3,000-square-foot fitness center, resort-style pool with lap pool, dog parks and much more. Completion is expected in 2024.
